In Poland on June 1st we celebrate All Children’s Day. On this occasion we wish all kids to be noticed as wedding guests and advice all adults to read our ideas, how to keep kids entertained at weddings.
7 ideas how to keep kids entertained at weddings
1. Responsibilities
Child, as any other guest, will usually be delighted to play a special role during your big day. And hopefully there are many ways of attendance depending on kids age. The youngest children can play as flower girls and ring-bearers. Older can carry candles in procession or hand out ceremony programs.

2. Quite games
Wedding ceremony is clearly the most important part of a reception and, what is more, nothing can be repeated. Make sure that all restless kids will be busy at that time.

3. Bubble kisses
While everyone will be offering wishes to the Newly Married, do not let children get bored and at the same time disturbing. Give out little pots of bubbles. Kids will not only have fun playing, but it may also work as a nice background for the photos.

4. Kids’ corner
Not to worry about cutlery and tablecloths, set an extra table for kids and cover it with a brown craft paper. To make kids more creative add not only crayons but also bare paper mugs and plates.

5. Activity booklet
Use templates from the Internet or create your own colouring book. Ask children to draw bride and groom, their future house and kids, not to mention honeymoon proposals.

6. Play the game
Observing adults may be a way more interesting for children, when considered as a game. Therefore, let them be journalists at the reception. Make a list of captures to be done, provide a list of question each guest may answer. Children will surely have fun and for you it can be an unusual guestbook.

7. Be together
I’m sure all children have a feeling that wedding is a special day and they would love to fully participate. So that, for this one day, don’t make them to go to beds early.
