5. Sękacz – Tree Cake // This real pastry tower known in Poland as SĘKACZ, in Latvia has a name ‘sakotis’. Traditional product for Kashubian region, that looks as a tree and also resembles tree trunk when cut. It may be an original wedding cake and a nod to local tradition.
